You may participate as panel organizer, paper presenter, an observer, or a session chair. Special arrangements will be made with a local hotel for a limited number of rooms at a special conference rate. You are solicited to submit an abstract within 200 words which will help us to make a fair and meaningful assessment possible. Along with an abstract, your submission must include a Title of the Paper, Full Name of the Author, his/her Current Position, Institutional Affiliation, Email Address and at least three Keywords that best describe the subject of his/her submission. Decisions will be hopefully reached within two weeks time. If your submission is accepted, you will receive information on registration deadlines and paper submission requirements. Depending upon the theme of your paper, abstract of the paper should be sent to the following persons in charge of each theme:
